Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Beeswax, Lanolin Wax, Sweet Almond Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Avocado Oil, Mango Butter, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Vitamin E, Phthalate Free Fragrance Oil.
Directions: Run back of thumb nail across the top of the beard balm to remove a small, pea size amount of balm. Rub between your hands to warm and apply to a clean, towel dried hair working from the bottom up. Groom with a brush or comb
