Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During launches or seasonal releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we operate as an online-only business and ship all orders. Our production studio is located at a private residence, so we are unable to offer local pickup.

We’re incredibly grateful for our local community and appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow.


Do you offer free shipping?

We periodically offer free shipping promotions and provide free shipping on orders above $75.00. 


Returns & Order Issues

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of personal care products, all skincare and body care sales are final once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bumbleandbleat.com and we will make it right.

Non-personal care merchandise may be returned within 30 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.


About Our Products

Are your products handmade?

Yes. All products are crafted in small batches to maintain quality, freshness, and attention to detail. Slight variations in color or texture may occur — this is a natural part of small-batch production.


What is the difference between Classic and Botanical scents?

Our Classic Collection features phthalate-free fragrance oils selected for longevity and broad appeal.

Our Botanical Collection features 100% essential oil compositions crafted for depth, balance, and natural aromatic complexity.

Both meet our ingredient standards — the experience is simply different.


Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are pH-balanced and designed to support the skin barrier. However, everyone’s skin is different.

If you have highly sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend starting with our Fragrance Free (Truly Unscented) option and performing a patch test before full use.


Are your products pregnancy safe?

Many customers use our products during pregnancy, especially our fragrance-free and essential oil options. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider regarding essential oil use during pregnancy.


Do you list full ingredients?

Yes. Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page. We believe in complete transparency so you can make informed decisions about what you use on your skin.


Lotion-Specific Questions

What makes your Goat Milk & Honey Lotion different?

Our lotion is formulated with fresh goat milk, raw honey, plant oils, butters, panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), allantoin, and botanical extracts. It is pH-balanced and preserved for safety and stability.

The texture is creamy and cushioning while absorbing quickly without a greasy finish.


Can I use your lotion on my face?

Many customers do, especially those with dry or sensitive skin. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and choosing fragrance-free if you are highly sensitive.


How long does a bottle last?

Usage varies depending on frequency and household size. An 8oz bottle typically lasts 4–8 weeks with daily use for one person.


Soap Questions

Do your soaps lather?

Yes. Our goat milk soaps create a rich, creamy lather thanks to coconut oil, castor oil, and the natural sugars found in milk and honey.


Can I use your soap on my face and body?

Most of our soaps are suitable for face and body. We also offer bars specifically formulated for facial use.


How should I store my soap?

To extend the life of your soap, keep it on a well-draining soap dish and out of standing water. Before use, store unused bars in a cool, dry place.


Ingredient & Allergy Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists prior to purchase. While our products are formulated with care and within established safety guidelines, individual sensitivities can occur.

Discontinue use if irritation develops. Bumble & Bleat is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from known or undisclosed allergies.
